Return Policy and Exchange

This does not represent the complete refund and exchange policy, additional terms and conditions may apply.

This product holds a 6 month implied warranty of quality in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2009 Section 56. The consumer will be held liable for any delivery and pick up fee for inspection of goods. Once no negligence has been found a replacement or refund can be provided. A 25% handling fee will be deducted.

Unwanted Products

A “cool-off” period of 5 working days will be provided. A refund or an exchange will be made provided that:

  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; 
  • it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact.
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts;

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund your account with the (purchase price – 25% handling fee) price of the product within 8 days of the return. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories. 

Products not eligible for returns

The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit:

  • products marked “Final Sale“;
  • electronic vouchers; Gift Card
  • a beauty product or fragrance which has been used;
  • discounted products
  • In the interest of certain hygiene standards, certain products will not be refunded or exchanged, even when unused and returned within the “cooling-off” period.

No salesman or sales lady has the authority to accept or exchange without prior knowledge of customer care.
